Before applying for a Broker License, a total of (8) college-level courses are required. 

Applicant’s must have successfully completed the following (5) required college-level courses: Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics. And (3) courses from the following group: Real Estate Principles, Business Law, Property Management, Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending.  The license qualifying courses are DRE-approved textbooks, roughly 450 - 500 pages long, and require students to successfully pass a 100 question, open-book, multiple choice exam.  Final Exams Now Available Online!
